What can I expect once I purchase?
You will receive an online confirmation of
your order. Our marketing consultants will then
contact you within a few days to begin the optimization
process. That will require that you let us know
what your products and services are, along with
the keywords for your industry.
With-in 72 business hours
of your submitting the required information,
your assigned marketing consultant will contact
you via telephone or email to review your campaign
specifications and/or review your web site.
How long does it take to get fully set-up?
Most accounts are set up within five
business days of the order being placed,
but this depends on how fast and how completely
you respond to providing us with the required
information.
Remember, there are several elements
to both PPC and SEO products. This
includes everything from Keyword Research, Custom
Contextual Ad Creation, Pay Per Click account
set-up, bid management, ROR Sitemap research
creation, competitive site review (for feeds)
and more. We need your full cooperation to get
things started, and then we will take it from
there!
How do you keep in touch with me?
Whenever a change is made
to your account, we will contact you either
by email or telephone. If YOU are planning changes
to your website (i.e. to the optimized pages,
new products, etc.), please contact us by email
to let us know what those changes are. Any changes
can affect both PPC and SEO services.
Do I get Reports?
YES! We provide you with a
“back office” where you can review your account
statistics and balances at any time.
Can I really use the system in 225 Countries
Worldwide?
YES! For example, if you are
in the United States and a person in Italy,
United Kingdom or any other country fills out
your Instant Contact form, the Instant Contact
System will call you and then immediately connect
you to your prospect or client.
There is no better way to go global!
The Instant Contact Technology has no country-to-country
limitations!
How do the fees work?
Very simple! You simply pay
the Setup Fee (which always includes the first
month’s subscription fee – two months for SEO)
- and then if you are satisfied with the results,
you simply authorize us to continue to charge
your account on a month-to-month basis for the
services you want us to perform. All months
are prepaid, so you can stop any service at
any time and we will suspend your services after
the current 31-day period. All months are counted
as 31 days by us, so your actual billing day
will change on months that don’t have 31 days…
giving you a few extra days free! If you do
not authorize us to charge you the fee(s) due
for your account, or the method you have on
file stops paying, we will suspend your account
on the 32nd day after your last payment.
If you have contracted for the Instant Contact
Technology or a package that includes ICT, or
have opted for the Call Answering Center, you
will be given some small amount of call time
to start. ICT Talk Time and Call Center Answering
Time is paid for separately and banked for future
use, rolled over to subsequent months if not
completely used. If your balance falls to zero,
this service will be immediately suspended.
You may opt for automatic replenishment each
time your account reached a certain level.
Please note: Call Center time is billed at $0.95
per minute. However, on ICT Talk time, each
country has a different call rate so your ICT
time will be used up depending on those rates.
For example if you are in the USA and accept
a call from the USA your talk time is only about
$012 per minute, but if are in the USA and accept
a call from a cell phone in Europe, your call
time may be has high is $035 per minute. Click

Why do I have to pay $49.00 per month for
a Basic Video System?
The $49.00 per month fee not
only contains the Instant Contact Technology
(sells separately for $39) but also pays for
your choice of over 70 previously created Video
Lead Capture Pages or the hosting for a custom
lead capture page and/or Actor if you choose
to do a custom shoot. You are also provided
with a “back office” where you can manage your
personal settings.

What happens when I run out of minutes?
Simply come to our website and add
more time! Log-into your back office
and purchase more ICT Talk Time or Call Center
minutes. Several packages of varying costs are
provided to allow you to have to choose the
amount you want to have banked to minimize the
chances of your account being suspended. You
can also opt for automatic replenishment.
Do my minutes ever expire?
No! Once you purchase minutes
they never expire. They roll over month to month!
Here is a TIP
to Save You Money! By using
our Call Center service, your prospect will
be on the call for a minimum amount of time
and you will get a voice recording immediately
of the call. For those you choose to call back,
you can use your own phone and long distance
service, which is most likely at a lesser cost
than our rates since many people today have
