Requests for Refund or Cancellation of Services and effect of Non-Payment

MPP is dedicated to providing superior customer service and outstanding application support. Even so, MPP realizes that not everyone who becomes a customer of MPP will want to continue their use or membership of MPP products or services. Thus:

REFUND. Any person or business entity that purchases or applies for MPP products, services or memberships who does not desire to continue with MPP will be given a full refund of amounts paid (minus a $15 processing fee) for any product, service or membership fee already paid to MPP directly in cleared funds if such a request for a refund is in writing and delivered by any written method (email, fax, letter) to MPP’s main office in Orlando, Florida within three (3) non-holiday business days of the purchase date of the product, service or application date, as may be applicable. Such refund provision does NOT apply to those portions of monies remitted to MPP that may have already been used or expended by the purchaser, or the purchaser’s users or customers, that have been or need to be applied to the cost of MPP provided services that have been used up to the date that MPP is able to terminate such services (if already commenced) after the request for refund is received. This includes, but is not limited to, service elements such as telephone talk time, customer service per minute rates, postage or shipping costs to send products to customer, and similar ongoing expenditures.

CANCELLATION. After the initial three (3) day refund period, most requests for cancellation of continuing or ongoing services will become effective on the first day of the next month in which such request for cancellation is made, in writing, to MPP, which allows MPP to perform all the required technical and database activities required to purge the customer and remove customer access from our various application platforms. However, requests for cancellations that do not arrive before the 26th day of any month will be cancelled on the 1st day of the month following the next month after that request. Balances that may remain in any telephone talk time or Customer Service account will be refunded upon written request (minus a $25 processing fee), within 90 days of the effective cancellation date to allow sufficient time for MPP to receive full account charges and clearance of potential international billings.

NON-PAYMENT. MPP reserves the right to immediately cease providing any product, service or membership access to any applicant or customer that has not paid any applicable fees when due.
