Our Private Label Reseller business
solution can be a profitable source of income,
but your own success will be directly proportional
to the amount of effort you put into it. Remember,
you ONLY make commissions on your or your reseller’s
actual product sales. No one makes anything
from signing up resellers under you. We will
only be approving Private Label applicants that
are companies or individuals that can show us
they are committed and have the business background,
sales acumen, and desire to put in the time,
money, and effort to make their website and
sales efforts successful. In exchange, you will
build up a client base that provides an ongoing
revenue stream from new orders and referrals
from your own sales and from the efforts of
your personally recruited resellers.
Pricing for a Private Label Partnership
depends on how many and which of the
many options to enhance your private label website
are selected, but starts at an Initiation
Fee of US$7,500 for a template-website with
options adding to that. A custom website
starts at $10,000 and would be quoted
prior to commencement. All due amounts are payable
50% with the order and the other 50% due no
later than the date your website goes live.

Distribution Partners
– Satellite Digital Video Studio facilities
Worldwide Distributor Partners.
Video Prospector will be offering and signing
Distributorships worldwide with rights
to specific geographical territories.
This is for those who may be interested in starting
their own local Digital Video Studio
(DVS) and becoming the master Video
Prospector outlet for their territory
and getting all direct business leads received
and all resellers at all levels that sign up
in their territory. Commissions earned is the
difference between the Distributor’s commission
rate and what is paid out to their down line.
Distributor’s commission rate will be the majority
of the income produced on product sales in their
territory, and all of the income earned by their
DVS, minus a small royalty.
This would require that the
qualified and selected entity establish, at
a minimum, one “brick and mortar” Studio in
a major metropolitan area, including the equipping
and outfitting of a full commercial-grade Digital
Video Studio and recruiting of a local Actor/Actress
(Actor) base. You would also be required to
hire several key employees with specific technical
backgrounds.
In return, you would have
the rights to “be” the local Video Prospector
“facility” and headquarters for your territory
and would be entitled to a majority of the revenues
generated within or from your territory. If
you were to secure rights to a “country” as
your territory, you would also be required to
add additional Digital Video Studios, as needed,
in other major metropolitan areas of your country.
As a Distributor, we would provide
you with a “turnkey” solution, including:
full instructions and directions on how to proceed
to set up your business from a production standpoint
(you would need to know and comply with local
laws and regulations and pay any local fees
due for a business startup). You would also
get assistance in screening and hiring the right
people to staff your business; assistance in
recruiting and growing your Actor base; provide
you with a cost/price structure; provide on-site
training for your staff (you would provide interpreter
and training personnel travel expenses); and
more. We would also provide all the computer
and proprietary software equipment, software
and services you would need (including shopping
cart services and currency conversion requirements,
along with commission payout services) to allow
you to offer and deliver the VP products under
an internationally localized Private Label website,
using the Video Prospector name.
Your Studio would provide all local
video services (i.e. actor shoots,
commercials, etc.) for your area, but you would
NOT need an IT department to deliver or support
VP products as we would handle all those needs
from our own redundant and highly secure data
centers, telephone switches, and call centers
situated in strategic locations worldwide. Distributorship
prices start at $100,000 for the Initiation
Fee with other optional costs applicable based
upon additional services requested and the size/potential
of the territory. This Initiation Fee includes
the basic digital video equipment, application
software and editing computers, studio and editing
training, along with business and sales training
