 What
will be the procedure once I place an order?
After we receive your
order, we will need you to create a script for
the Actor to read, and any special instructions
you may want to give us (like what the Actor
is to wear, any special emphasis on words in
the script, having the Actor pointing towards
something, etc.). We will verify that we have
received this from you and then we will review
the script and expected performance with you,
providing our recommendations for modifications,
before we schedule an actor or studio time.
Once we have the script solidified, our Talent
Coordinator will book your actor for the video
shoot in our studio. If our talent Coordinator
or Director has any questions for you, like
how to pronounce special words, names etc. he/she
will contact you via telephone.
Once your video has been shot,
our Video Editing Department will send you at
least two fully edited videos for your review
and selection. After you have made your choice,
we will send you simple installation instructions
via email.
And yes, you can have multiple
Actors on your website, or the same actor on
multiple pages reading different scripts. Each
separate Actor requires a full fee, but the
same Actor performing different scripts on different
pages on your website, shot at the same tune
time your original shoot was booked is discounted
by 20% for each additional script/shoot. Add
Actors to multiple pages to bring your website
to life!
How hard is it to install
the Actor on my Web Site?
Very Simple!
We provide simple step-by-step instructions
on how to add your Web Actor to your web site.
If you have a webmaster or a person/company
who created your website for you, the process
will be very easy and straightforward to them.

You will need FTP access to your web site
and basic HTML skills. If you would prefer
that we install the video for you, we can
handle this for a small fee. You will need
to inform us as to which page you would
like the actor placed (URL). You also need
to let us know where on the page you would
like the Actor placed. We will need FTP
Access (user name and password) to your
site. There will be a one-time installation
fee of $49.00 to do this for you. |
These videos ride “over top” of
all the existing images and html code already
on your website, so there is no need to redesign
or make any modifications to your site to add
a Web Actor.
Are there any recurring
or additional fees?
No! Once you
purchase your custom video, there are no additional
hosting or pay-per-view fees. Your custom shoot
is a one-time purchase as long as you continue
to use our video player. If you decide to use
your own video player, please contact us for
licensing details.
Can I use my own Actor
and/or be in the Video myself?
Yes, but probably at a substantial
additional cost. First, our studio is located
in Titusville, Florida, and both you and your
Actor would have to make your own arrangements
to arrive at and stay in the area. Additionally,
since our procedures would be new to both of
you, you would need to schedule at least one
full day to learn how to work with our staff
and our equipment. The cost of your Actor would
be at your expense as we have contracted rates
for our own Actors based on annual booking volumes.
Since our staff would have to do all the steps
required to do the shoot as usual, we also have
to account for the extra time needed to “train”
you and your Actor in how we proceed. We also
have existing agreements and disclaimers with
all our current Actors and your Actor would
have to read and accept those, including unlimited
licensing. Therefore, we discourage this practice.
However, if you
desire to be the Actor yourself, we can accommodate
this as explained above (various signed releases),
for an additional one time extra fee of $250,
added onto our normal cost for the length of
video you select. This helps offset the considerable
extra time our staff will spend in working with
you to create a suitable and professional performance
for your website.
